Problem Description:
When uninstalling any For Honor product on PC (Steam or Uplay), all “For Honor” specific Easy Anti Cheat functionality is uninstalled as well.

IMPACT:
Users that own two For Honor products on PC (such as the base game and the PTS/TTS or Open Test which is a separate game on Steam) that uninstall any one of their For Honor products will find that EAC displays an error message when attempting to launch the other For Honor product(s). This error message says “EasyAntiCheat is not installed” and prevents users from playing.

This issue will only affect PC users that have installed more than one For Honor executable.

SOLUTION/Workaround:
Option 1: Players need to re-install EAC manually by navigating into their installation directory, opening the folder “EasyAntiCheat” and executing the “EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe”. After a very short installation routine players will be able to restart and launch the game normally.

Option 2: Players can also trigger the above process by selecting “Verify Files” on the “For Honor” product -> Properties Tab in Uplay PC, however this semi-automatic process will take much longer (5-30min depending on harddrive speed).
