Hi
Have been searching for a solution for this but haven't found one so here goes.
Been playing Wildlands a lot more than I initially expected and have had very few issues with it really BUT after this last update, predator update, all my ground textures are GONE. I can see grass and stones and trees and stuf but the ground is gone and I can see straight thru it and under the map. When flying the textures load if it's further away but getting close they disappear.
Have tried changing to lower graphical settings and even reinstalling the game but nope, no change, still gone.
System is fairly new. Windows was installed like two weeks ago.
AMD R7 1800X with a RX 480 8GB graphics card and 32GB RAM.
I can confirm this bug. It seems to be some kind of tesselation issue to me. Try to set tesselation settings (texture and godrays) to lowest possible. Your bug should be solved till a fix comes. See also this thread: https://forums.ubi.com/showthread.ph...raphic-problem
I am using a Vega64 LC. You and the other guy from the other thread both have a RX480. So it might be related to GCN graphics. But no clue.
Thank you for that tip, will try it asap.
Yeah, thought that it might be Radeon related as this game is nVidia optimized.
Terrain Quality to LOW did the trick, didn't have to do anything with any other setting and it was gone.
Thank you.
Same here. After upgrading my gpu from a 1050ti to an RX570 I'm now having this same problem. Everything ran fine while using the 1050ti, it's only the 570 that does this.
This is still a problem. I'm running a GTX 970 and setting texture quality from low to medium causes many ground textures to disappear and some to simply be black. Could it be a corrupted texture file?
I did try out the very files process yesterday and everything seems to have passed. All drivers up to date. I may uninstall and reinstall and see if that fixes it.
Yeah, uninstalling and reinstalling totally worked. Suggesting the verify files process didn't catch the problem.
