constant Blue Screen after patch 1.1.0

Played the game(steam) just fine until patch 1.1.0 now i get a blue screen crash within the first 5 min of playing. Windows 10 version 1709. AMD FX-8350, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960, Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3, all running cool 40C ish.8GB Corsair Ram. I've tried the AMD workaround setting powermode in the BIOS but that didn't work. All other games work fine without problem. Game worked without issues prior to last update (1.1.0). -Thanks! (you guys make amazing games!!)

Just having the same issue here.

I have the same mother board and CPU as you guys. For me is just a red screen but using "Who-crashed" the error code is the same of a BSOD.

Tried everything. Switched ram slots, tested GPU and also the PSU and the errors persists. Someimes I can play for an hour and the game crashes, sometimes it´s less. Totally random.

I opened a ticket at Ubi Support but no answer yet (don´t think I´ll get one...)

After so many tests I am starting to believe that the game is causing the crashes and is not a Hardware issue. All the other games work fine..

I am going to wait for 288 patches to come up until I try again because it is very depressing.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. We are aware there is an issue with the AMD FX-8350 model, this is still being investigated.

Disable the Cool and Quiet feature in BIOS settings and set the Power Plan to High Performance. Please note that a good cooling solution is also recommended in order to avoid overheating issues, should you implement this workaround.

    Hello,

Having the same issue with AMD FX-9590, since the last patch.

After 50 hours without any issue, I can now play between 30 seconds and 2 minutes, then I got a bsod with this stop code : whea_uncorrectable_error.

I tried everything, even reinstalling windows 10. Windows and all my drivers are updated, and still got the same bsod. All my other games works fine.

I hope that the next patch will fix it :/.

I have the same blue screen issue with this stop code: whea_uncorrectable_error.
The game is unplayable. The workaround suggestion by support did not help at all.
I hope there will be fix soon.

    My computer:

    AMD FX 8350
    RAM 8 Gb
    Win 10
    NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750

Seeing as we're all getting the same error code, and only happens in this game with this processor, I doubt there is anything wrong with our hardware causing the BSOD. I would suggest nobody starts opening their case and fiddling inside just yet.

I might add, the only other game I've had a series of BSOD issues like this, was Mass Effect Andromeda, but that seemed to go away eventually.

By the way, disabling the cool n quiet and setting power to high performance, has no effect whatsoever.

Well, I'm not losing 50 quid for much longer.

Hmmm. I also have the same motherboard as the OP, and a very similar graphics card. So maybe this game has a problem with this 990 FXA UD3 motherboard, FX8350 CPU combination?

    Same BSOD : whea_uncorrectable_error.
Cannot play the game, tried every workarounds but nothing helps.
All system 120mm fans is set to max but no hope.
Also underclocking cpu and lowering graphics doesn't help anything.

All other games works fine without bsod.

    My specs:

    Os: Windows 10 PRO
    BOARD: GA-990XA-UD3
    RAM: 16gb ddr3
CPU: FX 8350 + noctua cooler
    550W power supply.

Hope ubisoft do something fix for this common problem.
