GE Event Strike Cache vs Superior Strike Cache

There are many new people playing the game and checking the forums and it would be nice for Ubi to clarify the difference as I see it coming up in chat about every 10 minutes in chat.

I don't remember the percentages for classified, regular gear set, exotic, bonus item on Superior and flat out don't know the percentages for the Strike Cache (non superior).

Many new people are confused by the 900 GE price vs 1500 GE price besides that the Superior can offer an exotic.

Some clarity for newcomers in a sticky about the GE events might go a long way.

i dont have a clue either but i do know not to waste your GE credits on the Strike cache. Whatever the discrepancy in percentages, it isnt high enough in the Superior caches so anything less from a Strike cache is GE credits wasted IMO.

I don't even know why the Strike box is even there. It should be exotic box or gear set box...both 1500.

    Are you sure?

That would seem kind of odd to have a 900 GE cache that only has 1 High End or 1 Regular Gear Set. You could get either for less effort with Basic Cache or Phoenix Credit Cache. It would seem to be very misleading to the new players if that is true. I just assumed it had a chance of 1 High End or a possibility of a Classified (unknown percentages) for those that weren't interested in getting Exotics and didn't want to pay 1500.

There has been no one that I know of in game, this forum, or anywhere that had a classified come out of that one.

The superior should guarantee at least one classified, and the strike cache should at least have a chance for one. It's really discouraging when you open 6 caches at once and only get 2 classifieds... that you already have. I've opened 36 or 37 caches in total and I still don't have a complete 6 piece yet.

Yeah, the cheap cache has zero chance of a classified and the expensive ones are about 80% non-classified.....

I mean really, who thought that up? It’s an event and the rewards are, well, I don’t know........

Superior have a decent classified drop rate, at least 30%.
I'm at about 50% for something rare (exotic or classified) that's on 20 S-caches.

    Right?!

Is it really asking so much to get at least one guaranteed classified in every superior cache? The quicker I can grind out these sets the sooner I can get back to actually playing this game instead of just GRINDING for hours and hours to get enough pieces to make a full set, any set. I'd rather play Underground or West Side Piers content, but instead I'm grinding the crap out of Lexington...
