Go to shop > operators and then send me a screenshot of what you see when you go to the operators tab in the shop. (a screenshot with console or even a bad phone pic will do)

Is it also possible you already own all Y2 ops?

I play on pc and i cant find year 2 with year 3 on the ingame shop through steam it says you can buy like its listed but there is no buy option
