Valkyrie Shield bash cannot be cancelled at times | Forums

Hey all, I noticed the Valkyrie is unable to cancel the charged shield bash at times. It seems that when I am locked on an opponent and I want to cancel the shield bash, usually just released the left trigger (Xbox) to stop targeting the enemy, it will not. It would usually just make her stand back up in idle stance, now she is locked in the shield bash stance and you are forced to release the shield bash, resulting in lunging forward with a fully charged shield bashed aimed at absolutely no one. If I initiate the shield bash without someone to target, I can cancel, if I lock on to an enemy and then try to cancel, it does not work. Any one else seeing this?

Just dodging normally should allow you to cancel it, or do as I do. Release it and then change it into a Pouncing Thrust right before it is supposed to meet them.
