The game seems to have replaced its old Delta C-O-1279 for a Delta C-O-1296, which happens about every 3-5 minutes since the 1.8 update.

Ubi was able to fix the old delta after about two months into the 1.7 update. Hope the new fix, for the new Delta, does not take that long though.

Some remarkable notes. I am getting in my Uplay account: "Unable to synchronise ingame stats" for the division. This also happened in 1.7, and when the Delta was fixed, I never received that remark in U-play.

Been getting this on PS4 for days. No response in forums, no response from support. Can play Brooklyn but Manhattan gives infinite connecting. My other characters show up in character selection but always gives Delta c-0-1296. Done every troubleshooting item I could find/think of.

Same issue here when playing wildlands or other game doesn't cause issue playing the division is nearly impossible. Having C-O-1296 all the time, desync and disconnection, i can't play in group. When I check in ressource monitor on windows 10 i'm having a super super low ping. I've tried playing the game with a vpn. Doesn't seem to help much. It has been really messed up since 1.7, with finally a solution in the last month and a half or so of 1.7. So we might be in for a long wait again, until seeing this thing solved.

Playing in groups seems to be the worst thing for me as well, giving instant deltas... solo results in a 3 minute delay. Today (2017.12.09) again. All locations (West Side, DZ, missions, underground, Last Stand, etc.).

Getting the same error tonight, played the free weekend without a hitch but as soon as I buy it I can't even make it an hour and over the weekend I put in 15 hours.

Yeah I'm getting the same error and everyone keeps telling me it must be my internet but my internet is perfectly fine I have the highest speed internet my provider has which is pretty decent at least it better be because I'm paying good money for it and the modem and router is right beside my Xbox so there's no way it can be my internet. I can play every other game and do anything I want on my Xbox except play the division when I try to play it I get the error.

That is them trying to pass the buck, I played the free weekend over 15 hours without a hiccup but suddenly tonight after buying it I get the error with less than 1 hour played, sorry but that doesn't fly.

I have a line monitor on my system and its reporting everything fine, Star Trek Online, World of Warcraft, World of Tanks work flawlessly and WoW shows a latency of 20ms this is with the same setup I have used since it was introduced and with lots of people reporting it they cannot just simply pass the buck and tell you its your end when it obviously isn't.

Also considering its across all platforms with the same error code you cannot possibly blame the PC Operating System either.

Every other game pushes notifications to its launcher about downtime even the above mentioned games and if there is unscheduled downtime in say Star Trek Online you see an apology in the launcher and an estimated window of a fix.

If you are doing something consistently for a long duration and all of a sudden there is an interruption only a very minuscule part of the % of the problem is going to be your end but even after eliminating your end they still insist it is a problem with your setup.

my logs in have been terrible ... since the new patch update ive had about 20mins ,,,of gameplay in the last 7 days ,,,feels like paid for a game i cannot play like you other games run fine ,,,just the Div whic breaks me as its my go to game ,,,,it will load ,,,,as soon start playing there it goes ,,,lost so many crates and div tec in the DZ because of this its a FXXXXXXXXX nigthmare really not happy ,,,
