Perhaps I missed an update somewhere but is the ranked dominion mode working? I thought it would be packed but it says there's "low" for the amount of people playing it... I tried joining anyway and ended up just sitting on a "Anywhere" "any level" "any rep" etc screen for about 30 minutes. Is it just unpopular or is there actually an issue with it?
