Hi steve,
Game is unplayable to a lot of legit players that have legit phone that never been jailbroken or rooted.
I have 3 phones: iPhone X, iPhone 7 and iPhone 6s all with IOS 11.1.1 and 11.2 that CANT be jailbroken and also non of these phones have ever been jailbroken (iPhone X is brand new also).
The issue is with a lot of players yet you choose to not address this issue even though some people actually paid money (the same money that goes to your paycheck) at least step up and say “I’m clueless how to fix it” “we are working on a solution” stop being scared and act as you should act as community manager, my QA people in India are more user friendly and providing better service than this.

In the meantime I urge anyone who put money in this game and can’t play, please do charge back directly from the credit company under the claim of Fraud/Scam it will give them hell in their finance department

Learn how to read, I wasn’t addressing cheaters I was addressing that the game is not playable meaning BUTTONS Don’t work.
If you feel bad for yourself by using words like entitlement without understanding what it means I can recommend you to go and get a job.

They are already crying about zen Cartman. I believe they want to make Mystic obsolete just like they did with SciFi. Funny how Mystic is considered op when the Meta right now in high rank is basically adventure and fantasy.

The reason why people hate PVP is because lose two in a row 3 in a row maybe even 4 in a row like really really how does that help anybody and fun the only thing that's doing is wanting people to cheat so they can rank up without losing Stars so please remove it.

I'm sad about regen getting a nerf. I only play sci-fi freeze deck. Fantasy decks on regen and cleanse was a nice challenge and there were so many out there. It was good competition.

Plus this will hurt PvE for everyone.

Do we get some compensation for the bug that was introduced with the latest update? I mean the one where you had to root the phone to continue playing. Rooting means a half hour of work so I thing 20€ worth of in game currency would be fair and of course all the free cards we missed.

Just stop playing guys, seriously...it feels great. Delete the game off of your phone and move on. Best move I ever made. Don't forget to get that refund first and leave a negative review on Google play/itunes. There are so many other good games out there, stop stressing over this one.

Why is there a daily locker limit for PvP.... Especially during an event.... Think that's b.s.

Hey, GodWar218. This issue is known, but this only appears to be an issue for rooted or jailbroken devices. We have been unable to reproduce this bug on devices which aren't rooted or jailbroken. This will be looked into further, but at present the issue appears to be limited to those devices, and in some slim cases devices with custom flashed ROMs. We will look into this further and inform you when we have a solution. In the meantime, if you provide me with your username, I can look into your specific situation a little more closely.
