I used to have 3,5mil shield hp with reactive targeting. But not its fixed to 770k. Is it a bug or nerf, since patch notes has no mention about it and with 400k+ skill power you cant even tank one single burst from minigun in stolen signal 4th stage.
Also 6pcs reclaimer revive time is 5sec, instead of 3.
This is so bullcrap... All the nerds hacking and glitching in DZ and in LS, and NOW in skirmish, were crying about "turrets are too strong" because that was the ONLY way to stop them dominating the server with all the "all resist, skill haste, rpm" etcetcetc crap, but now massive DECREASED turret pvp effectiveness down to 35%, AND shield maxed out 770k hp? So is this 455licking for the people to encourage them to stay in game and keep on glitching and "having fun"? Im confused. So just use rifle, and max dps and toughness to win... No other options.
Told it somwhere else also. Shield is totally wrong tuned in 1.8.
My previous electro / sentry build had a 1.5M HP shield, now with same build but fully optimised, i barely reach 700k hp.
Worst thing, they removed damage modifier in PVP, wich mean it got broken in a few bullets.
Indeed, they totally turned shield build into crap build. Or this is a mistake and must be adressed fast, or this is on purpose and next step is just to turn a loot based RPG into a pure FPS

There really isnt a point in having a shield health cap at all though. If you spec into your shield then you'll have less stamina and firearms.
Maybe the sweet spot was a little to powerful but they didnt need to cap the health making the shield useless if spec into electronics, they couldve just made the shield take a little bit more damage in PvP. The shield was fine in PvE when I had 1.1mil health.
Yep they really didn't need to cap the shield health because d3 would still spec stam up to at least 6000 for the best return and other shield builds would just go elec. Everyone is happy.. I'm happy with my d3 shield in pve, I'll never use on legendary but I never did.
The hidden pvp modifier is what takes the biscuit. Yes I still use it but I have had to totally change my build and playstyle which fair enough that's division updates most times, maybe it's to keep you grinding for different gear, I had finally got bored of the division l and now I'm refining the d3 builds I had (and I had 5 different builds e.g a build where I could tac link like 4 times in a 10 minute mission)
I just don't understand where the pvp nerf came from. It was never a big topic on here, reddit or state of the game. I'm just gonna assume it was the etf chat boards which us mere mortals aren't privvy to.
Not even excited about the classified d3 as I don't really dz as I'm solo, the pvp modes will drop me down to non classified stats, the pve is already easy enough and the 5 n 6 pieces aren't great.
It just feels like their vision for pvp doesn't stretch further than a heal and a pulse when they took the time to make skills and gearsets that lend to that way of thinking
