Hello i am Creativecoder27414(because i could not change the name) ingame and i played some matches this morning without problems and logged in tonight to get my packs and see this message: "your account was banned for violating the terms of service."
I have never cheated or used anykind of third party applications nor do i have a rooted phone... i use a normal P10 lite
Explain please why my account was banned

I have exactly the same issue, One day has passed and NO response what so ever. what has annoyed me the most is 3 days Prior I purchased 19 GBPs worth of in game currency to what I thought at the time would give support to the devs of this game, which I can no longer access due a popup saying banned violation of service. however isnt also denying a customer from accessing goods they have purchased in good faith also a violation of these same terms of service?
I would guess that anyone that is cheating in your game would never purchase ingame items, simply due to they would make another account when banned and cheat with that I'd assume.
The lack of response would indicate an extremely poor or incompetent forum moderators / Dev team . This ban can work both ways I can ban my wallet from purchasing any future ubisoft products as you clearly do not deserve any monetary support from me.

you can just aswell forget it , they didnt even bother asnwering when i wanted to claim my money back after being banned.
If they feel like your a hacker , you become a piece of **** thats not worth an answer and definitely not ENTITLE TO THEIR MONEY BACK .
Since i will never be able to get what i paid for , i feel stolen.
Apparently not worth giving any chance , they even stated that they will have better detection soon but still Perma-Ban their player ... a soft ban (no matter how long ) would be sufficient for most.
Nevermind my friend , for Steve and the other from the dev team decided we are a waste of time ,and shouldnt be given a chance to repent , a chance to think and value the money and time invested .. given a chance to decide and stop cheating.

You can also check the guild I was in where I have nearly 360 cards away before the server counter reset. So there's that as well
