I agree, sounds like the run-around to me. Free weekend worked, but not global event? Seems like a big FU to the players who have invested dollars and time in a game that crashes when anything good is happening. Total BS. Is UBI offering refunds for game and year subscriptions? Cause that's where I am at right now. Totally unplayable.
I am not trying to defend Ubi coz capacity and lag on servers are included free of charge in each and every game they sell(try the crew for instance - madness) but in this case free weekend (some new players) plus GE (old player base coming back just for this) is making all this connectivity issues.
Ubi - if you want to sell service model games please invest in servers and make sure they are stable! Appreciate it - really!
