Same here,but,if you create new Agent ,game,chat etc works :/ i have only this problem with my current 26lvl char. But i dont want start new game becose Ubisoft server fail :/

Tried to reinstall. No luck.
The other workaround mentioned here did not work either. (switching between characters)

I manage to get in once last hour, ported lexington joined someone's game and loading freezes and i have to alt-f4.
And now again none stop Delta C-0-1296.

Plz extend the event hours for today........

Same here boys,
you may be able to create a new character but as soon as you finish the first stage (Brooklyn) you get the same error.
The error It's kinda related with the main map..
