Ubisoft Support doesn't know how to deal with this. I'll help you. Go to the top right in uplay, click on your account, go to Account Information and then My Games. Search for the Game and the Raven Strike DLC key. Enter the game, go to extra content and enter that key. When you do the content will unlock and you can select Raven Strike New Game when picking a single player new campaignOriginally Posted by pop1024 Go to original post
Regarding this, I had to demand that they unlock the challenges manually since they were broken. If you need my case number for reference, send me a message.Originally Posted by BloodwolftheFox Go to original post
Hello everyone,
I thought that I'd drop into this thread to provide a quick update, as there have been some posts fairly recently here. Regrettably, the Club functions for Ghost Recon Future Soldier have been deactivated, and this means that rewards / challenges etc. will no longer work for the game.
We are constantly assessing what’s needed to deliver the best possible Club services for Ubisoft’s customers. Shuttering some services for some older games is a necessary part of this process, since it allows our IT and service staff to better focus on delivering great online experiences to the vast majority of customers who are playing newer titles.
We are happy to have fans that are as committed as you have been to this title, and we hope that you'll find more recent or upcoming Ubisoft games which you can be equally as passionate about.
If experiencing issues with the Raven Strike DLC, please reply to let me know where / when you purchased it, and if there is an error message displayed when trying to play it.
I appreciate the information but Ubisoft should be more careful and take the time to announce these things with a proper timeframe so people can get the rewards and challenges before they disappear and new customers know that they will not be there. A friend of mine got so pissed that he ended up demanding a refund. Ubisoft wouldn't give it because the game "had already been accessed" and only when he demanded to sue due to false advertisement (since the game was advertised as having challenges and rewards) the store team quickly refunded (everyone of you guys reading this can do the same btw if you bought recently before the announcement).
Regarding the DLC, yeah I was able to access it only when I was on the verge of suing too. Chat support has such an awful training that they repeat like robots: "games in the Ubi store don't need keys since they are delivered as a direct download". Well OLD GAMES NEED CD KEYS to be entered IN GAME TO BE ABLE TO ACCESS CERTAIN CONTENT. I asked where to find the CD key and they told me that it didn't exist.... CAN YOU BELIEVE IT? Well after a huge headache this expert solved my problem by... telling me where to find the CD key that common support thought inexistent. Your CD keys are saved on your account and are accesed by clickng on your name (up right) in the Uplay app, Account information and My Games. It's so simple it's ridiculous that support chat didn't point me to that menu. With that CD key I went into the extras menu and typed it. Problem solved.

Hey Bisonfan95Thanks for your reply.
The deactivation of the Club features for Future Soldier was not recent, as far as I am aware; to my knowledge, it was done at least a few months ago. I do apologise that there was no statement regarding this, and certainly I'll encourage our teams to make this information public sooner so that players may redeem the rewards, collect the badges and complete the challenges prior to the deactivation. I've recently gotten into PlayStation trophy hunting, and hear a lot about unobtainable trophies, so I imagine the frustrations caused by those is similar to those caused by our deactivated Ubisoft Club challenges.
You have mentioned a player who sought a refund for the game on the basis of the deactivated Club Challenges. Our refund policy for digital games is here, and our full terms of sale is here; I'd ask that anyone wishing to request a refund refer to these pages, as we would not be able to grant a refund for a digital game if it has been accessed following purchase. That holds all of the current, accurate information on the conditions within which we can offer a refund for a digital game.
Finally, we do have a guide on how to find your activated / available CD keys in Uplay PC, and you can find it here. I do apologise that this was not provided during your previous interaction with us. I hope that my providing it here may help any players having a similar issue with in-game content activation.
Hello!
Yes, indeed. Ubisoft is not be able to grant a refund for a digital game if it has been accessed. That's stated in the policy. The problem with this particular situation is that: what happens if you access a game you purchased and it lacks a feature it was advertised with and there isn't any notice on the forums, official news channels or even the store site stating that said feature was removed? That is false/misleading advertisement. That's why my friend received a refund after telling support he was going to be forced to sue on that basis. So yeah, refunds can happen only on that situation that does not accommodate or is not stated in the terms and conditions. Anybody that purchased the game and can prove that it happened before Ubisoft announced through official channels that a feature a customer can consider critical was removed is entitled to a refund according to U.S. law and no terms and conditions are above consumer protection policies. I'd recommend you to tell the people in charge to issue a statement on Ubisoft news or Ubisoft Twitter to make it official because I doubt the court will accept a hard-to-find forum post an official statement or announcement.
Regards!
