why.?

No OTHERE character has that i'm rotten about that can every character get there own.?.. 15k steel of orochi new effect ive got it saved so let know when he getting one or is it only the sharman who has it own effect Personal to her and her alone.?

If i remember correctly, "Bone Reaper" is the effect tied to the Loki's Dream Mythic outfit for the Viking faction.

All Vikings can buy that.
