I'm switching from xbox one to PC, and I know i will have to re-buy the game. But i really want to know if there is anyway to transfer my progress through UPlay, seeing as I will have to use UPlay to play on PC and it is also linked to my Xbox account. I'll do anything to make this happen, I'm over 100 rep overall on xbox, and the experience was terrible compared to PC. I really don't want all that struggle to be for nothing.

I am afraid it is not possible to transfer the progress between platforms. On the PC you would be starting again.

All i really want is my shinobi evil eye ornament I earned in the season 3 duel tournament. that's the only thing i want. Is there anyway to get it?

I'm sorry the season rewards will not transfer between platforms either.
