Hi, liquidhpks. This player should have been caught by our anti-cheat at this point. I couldn't make out your opponent's name from the video you provided, but I would be happy to verify that this player has been banned if you could provide me with a screenshot in which the username is legible.

In the event that you run into any other players you suspect may be cheating, please report them directly to myself or another Ubisoft official as opposed to posting player names in the forums. We appreciate player reports and patience as we work towards eradicating cheaters for good!

Trollbane was a nice effort it did not fix the problem.
You assume that trollbane will catch all the cheaters; it won’t. There is a large design flaw in the game that makes it highly exploitable. If the development/management team think that trollbane made the problem go away they are sadly mistaken. I reach pvp locker limit daily. I see all the same old expoilts. Speed hacks, energy hacks, latency hacks. True that the number of cheaters has been reduced but they are still are very much present. I’m sure the company has seen a fair amount of charge backs and refunds. Why not fix the expoiltable elements of the game and keep more money? Under the suggestions section of the forum I recommended making the opponent’s enegy bar visible. It would make it harder for energy cheaters, give transparency, and reduce support tickets. Make your customers happy, don’t let the bullies win. The cheaters literally fart in your customers faces.

Like others have said , its nice cheaters are getting banned but the problem of widespread cheating still exists and its not like getting the cheater banned wont reverse the loss or level down, i would be much happier if the level down was removed till the cheating problem is fixed first.

Also like i have said in the other thread , i play from the asian region so its impossible to remember the player names since they are not in english, would be better if there was a simple report button in the game after the match ended.


If the video i posted prompted you to remove just by watching imagine the suffering us normal players of the game have to go through each day fighting these cheaters who show themselves in the moment you are about to win.

Another night another string of cheaters. I encountered a L league cheater last night even level 16 and mostly rank 5 cards he had to resort to cheating to beat me. I'm level 12 with rank 3-4 rank 48. I have played against people I reported last week for cheating. You sure are fast to pull the names of the cheaters off the forum though.

Another update, read the patch notes and not one mention of the cheating issues. I have reported over 100 now and am familiar with some of their names and still see them still cheating! You keep putting out updates with new cards and events to keep suckers buying cards because they think it will help not realizing MOST people are cheating and yet you do nothing about this huge issue that has plagued your game since before it was even released.
