I winned like 3 in a row pvp battles so I said I'll be now rank 12 but it refreshed to 1 star in arena 11 so I played again and again and I don't grow arena so pls help. PvP is hard and I would be 2 ranks higher if it wouldn't crash

Did you click to join a new battle at once after you finished the last one and came back to the PvP screen?

I have noticed that the game seems to expect the client to report when a game was won or lost and this isnt even done properly unless you wait for the stars to update on the PvP screen. Yesterday I lost a game then clicked to find a new game at once when I came back to the PvP screen and I did not lose a star... Havent bothered to verify it but I recall seeing similar behaviour in the past.

If this is the case, thats yet another thing that should be handled by the server and not the client.
