How to counter a double dodging Shinobi?

    Hey guys
I can't really counter a double dodging shinobi
every time I try to attack they are just running away and I can't have a proper match
    I usually play with:
    Rep 3 Centurion
    Rep 2 Warden
    Rep 1 (almost 2) Gladiator
    My total rep is 6

What do you do in this scenario? It's not fun chasing your opponent all of the time
At least most of them cant block so in tight maps it's an easy win

Faint a heavy attack. If he dodge, guard break him, he can't counter it. If he's too far, don't worry, be aware of fast light attack, but dodging will consume a lot of stamina.

Patients is what wins with shinobi.

Keep the pressure by walking forward. Don't dash to close the gap just keep walking.

Go into the practice verse a lvl3 and get the timing down for their range attack parries and CGB.

Once you can parry their throw attacks and CGB, it comes down to blocking their lights.

If he goes for a kick, just wait, I know it doesn't sound like much but if you learn to wait that half a millisecond longer you'll be able to dodge the kick and punish with either a GB or start up a combo chain.

Feint often and try to get them to dash attack and parry it or GB them in their dash.

I think that from these three classes, only the gladiator has a chance to punish a good shinobi's kick, he can backflip if he missed the kick. Feinting might help you, and if you are close to them, try to keep the pressure, most of them will try to dodge away if they think you can attack back, so you can guardbreak them.

As a Gladi I dont have to much problem with Shinobi (well but this is because the Gladi is also a very strong hero)
Even if I feint they are just running away
I hear the sound of the smoke bomb the whole match
If they see that when I get close I GB them they will stay away (If they are noobs they will throw a ranged GB which is free damage for me but this doesnt happen most of the times)
I don't know who to close the gap and have a proper match
