I've been making maps in Far Cry games since Far Cry Instincts back on original X-Box, but after hearing that Far Cry 4 wouldn't have a map editor for multiplayer use (was unaware of co-op potential at the time), I decided not to get it until just recently. In anticipation for Far Cry 5, I decided to give it a shot, and I have to say I'm surprised at how good the editor really is. I would have bought the game on release had I realized it's potential. Definitely looking forward to making some interesting maps as soon as I get my hands on 5.
Alcatraz Island
"Brake the rules and you go to prison. Brake the prison rules and you go to Alcatraz." -Anonymous
Classic prison breakout scenario. Start in your cell and find a way to the docks outside the prison. Modeled after the real Alcatraz island. This was my first map, so I was trying to get a good understanding of animation points. You'll also see a couple old versions as I was unaware that publishing was permanent.
Play-style: Stealth based extraction, fail on detect. Multiple paths to get to the extraction point once out of the prison.

Ancient Relic
A simple semi-horror themed map with a unique twist. It's an homage to a map I made on Far Cry Instincts about 10 years ago (I feel old).
Play-style: Assault. One shot kills and instant death are both on, so it's a bit of a mixture of cautious and aggressive gameplay.

Feedback and criticism is always welcome. I'll probably make videos for all my maps after I finish my third one.
