As seen on many other posts, the game is not working since the last update (2.2.0). Ubisoft has d i p s h i t ted us.
I stopped playing it

I want a full refund. What's the procedure ?

i have 3 phones (iphone x,ipone 6s,iphone 7) with ios versions 11.1.1 and 11.2 which CAN NOT BE JAILBROKEN!
these phones also NEVER HAVE BEEN JAILBROKEN.
meaning your programers did a lousy job while trying to block jailbroken and rooted devices(which is a cheap decision) and blocked people with legit phones that never been jailbroken\rooted.
btw funny fact, people with jailbreak and root can simply HIDE the root and jailbreak and play the game, people who cant jailbreak and never jailbroken their phones (like me) cant do anything because in order to use such a program you need to jailbreak the device.

another "fun" fact that i saw while using an android device (1 of my work phones) is that now you have more cheaters than before (maybe because LEGIT PLAYERS CANT PLAY!)

Just delete the game off of your phone and move on. Best thing I ever did. I used to frustratingly browse these forums looking for the devs to provide real answers and timelines as to when the real issues would be fixed, but they just dont care. Now I browse these forums to watch the world burn. Just take a second to leave a bad review on google play/itunes and move on and enjoy the rest of your life. There are soooo many other good games out there so why spend any time of your short lifespan being frustrated and angry at this game.

Just called Apple, told them every issue with the game, got all my money back, took 10 mins. spread the word, do the same.
Why pay for something that does not work?
