First of all, he shoots a mind control like 90% across the screen. Which is severely OP.

Second, if he mind controls your guy, and you mind control your guy back... that guy doesn't turn back.

Furthermore, there are some other funky things going on with his mind control but i'm not 100% sure on them. I've only ran into him a few times and not everyone has exploited the bugs.

I have a level 2 Mecha Timmy and I mind controlled another mecha Timmy and the other one I mind controlled started rolling backwards to my side but still under my control his mind control stayed up and I could keep spamming it but it didn't seem to do much but yeah some really weird bugs in that game.
