So I have a Razer Nostromo, I use it for all my PC games without any issue. I map the key bindings I want and save each in a profile and good to go.
I just got GR Wildlands and I mapped the keys and tested them in Windows. When I'm in the game, most of the keys do nothing. A few work but they are not functioning the way I mapped. Again, others just flat out don't work. I'm talking about the WSAD even don't work. Only one that works is the A. So I can go left but that's it.
When I use the keyboard, it's fine, but obviously not my playing style.
I'm running current version of Razer Synapse and I tested everything in other games to make sure something wasn't broken globally. They all work fine.
This is really frustrating. Before I give up I wanted to see if anyone has any experience or input on this. Thanks.

Hi chchoa! Sorry to hear that. I would recommend making sure your drivers are up to date. Have you tried plugging your mouse in another USB port? Have you tried any alternate bindings to see if they might work with those buttons? If you are still having issues, I recommend making a ticket. Thanks for your report!

I stated in my original post I'm running the most current razer synapse software that's available. 2.21
I have tried other USB ports, but I have no issues with any other games. Only GR Wildlands.
I have tried 3 different sets of bindings with the same result. One of those attempts was just mapping the WSAD keys. In that instance only the A key worked.
I opened a support ticket first thing Friday morning, before posting on here. Ubisoft Support Ticket: 05506304
