Hello, since ur last Update, where the new classes were released, my Game crashes in nearly every 2nd match. I dont get rewards or exp. That really sucks. Im really disappointet about how u can programm such a ********. With every patch u do more bugs ingame. Its insane. U never heard anything about Balance either. Every new class is really op. And the guys u use for the testing of new characters which are so super fame youtube stars. That ppl cant even play the game right. So how about u use some expierienced players for testing and not such noobs OMG. And PLSSS take more care of the Community. Its feels like u care a **** about us. There are ppl which start downloads and that stuff to force a bad connection and then they beat u hard coz u cant parry anything. PLS get Servers and balance the game. And fix that bugs. Everyone knows them but u seem to Ingnore nearly all of them. If u dont change, the game will be dead in 6months. But now u can say " i give a ****" coz u have already all our money for a game with a great idea but bad devs....

Now that's out of the way: it's true, that they introduced some new memory problems with S4, there way too many ppl having somewhat new problems like having to restart the game after a few matches or the game freezing on startup on the epilepsy warning screen, but i must admit i didn't hear straight up crashes until now. Have you tried reinstalling the game? (I know it's basic sh*t, but it can help sometimes.) Or by crash you mean like black screens at the end of the round or the game freezing before the victory screen? Or it's the normal CTD?

Lets keep the comments and post constructive, everyone. If you're running into technical issues, please make sure you chat with support over at http://support.ubi.com. If you're now having a crash following an update, I have no doubt that the team can help determine where the problem is coming from. We're making progress on the topic of dedicated servers. You'll have some news on that in the near future. If you have a bug that's not already listed in our known issues, please let us know. We'll check it out and act accordingly. The important thing is to leave full details of the issue. Any error messages, when it's crashing, and anything else that may help out.
