I don't even care about going Rogue personally - quite happy to and having played games like Eve Online for years I'm not too bothered by consequences for dying, etc. but there are so many potential issues with PVP in The Division especially that its networking is built on TCP which means inconsistency at the best of times I'd rather just PVP in other games.

Just returned to the game having not played since a few months after release and ventured into the dark zone for the first time. I detest non-consensual PvP, but I wanted the weekly exotic chest, so I sucked it up and went in. I had a blast and was thinking the whole time that if only this existed without non-consensual PvP and loot drop, griefing, 4v1s etc. that it would be some really enjoyable PvE content.

Sadly, even though I did not get killed by a rogue on my first adventure into the DZ, and despite really enjoying the PvE content within; I will only ever return to complete the weekly. Why can't you just select DZPvE or DZPvP similar to how you can for survival mode? The LZ feels completely wasted and devoid of life to me. I do the world bosses once or twice per day but it's otherwise unused content which is strange since it's like 75% of the game.

Underground feels terribly unrewarding, though I enjoy the content. Maybe once classified gear drops there in 1.8 that will change. Horde mode sounds fun, but I was told it's unrewarding on PTS. Nothing seems to approach the DZ in terms of collecting gear. That's a huge problem for me personally. I hope to see some positive changes for PvE that bring the reward disparity between non-consensual PvP and PvE modes closer to parity.

I do enjoy the game, just hoping for fun and rewarding repeatable PvE content in the near future to keep me interested. I'm currently struggling to justify playing outside of a global event as every build I encounter I don't really have access to playing or even attempting to build due to abysmal classified, and exotic (for me since heroic incursions and legendary missions seem to be tuned around having a 6pc classified set) acquisition in PvE. I've played 40 hours since returning and have 2 pieces of classified that I got from my world boss circuits, fortunately they are from the same set and it's a useful one. I imagine I should go buy a lottery ticket.

Darkzone.....i play only for pve so when i get attacked i stop wait for that i am dead ....then i just go further clearing landmarks and conta events.

Most of the time when people are fighting i just walk straight trough the fight as if they are not there....

There is no point of pvp fighting there is nothing to gain and getting a pvp build and getting good in pvp takes to long....
    I dont have that time....

And beside that pvp is to toxic for me there al idiots if you ask me.....something i think they forget its a game

And then poof, they implemented that change and the game slowly started diluting itself of incentives. I''m sayin', if you guys want LZ landmarks, some things will just have to be locked behind the DZ walls in order for it to happen. It might even be a classified or a new exotic, which is already ruined by exotic caches.
You can make it so anything can drop anywhere but with much better chances in the higher zones, I played Diablo 2 for so many years and it was crazy special if you ever got a windforce. There were runewords and the chances of getting the highest rune Zod would make it so you have a better chance of winning some big money in a lottery. I don't mind grinding that's the fun part of the game and what destiny lacks is the RNG drops. You could make it so drops were better in the PVP DZ and still do fine with a PVE dz for those that just love the experience without the ganking.

This was the funniest thing in the entire state of the game and probably ever relating to the game.

i've already reported 5-6 players using DDOS/lag switch in dark zone WITH my video clip showing them logging me out again and again and again WHILE SAYING SO. encountered them ONLY in the DZ. i for one was never a fan of the dz mechanics but after those, im not getting in there unless i ABSOLUTELY have to, which i highly doubt will ever become the case, so...

Skill Up was wrong, cause not all of us are getting too much loot.

I can't remember Skillup being right about much but definitely wrong on that one, this is a RNG Loot shooter and almost all the stuff I collect is crap. Keep farming rinse and repeat if it were more stingy the grind would be less than stellar. Been there, Done that and no thanks.

    I don't mind exclusive content.

"Make everything drop everwhere. Let us do what we to do to get loot." That was the reason I was most interested in the game. Cause before release I read somewhere that you could get loot anywhere, it would just be easier to get it at certain points.

Yes, give us LZ landmarks and give us access to all loot, just adjust the odds in the LZ. Quit making it a punishment to play in the LZ. If they want to lock stuff in the DZ, give us a PvE DZ. Make it so the PvP DZ drops items more adequate for the PvP and the items in PvE DZ more adequate for PvE.

Better yet make the stuff that drops give better numbers based on difficulty.

There solved all the issues with loot and the PvE vs PvP. Ubi/Massive would just have to accept their plan failed on a certain level and fix it.
