Most screen elements not working after update | Forums

I just updated the app and now most of the game elements are not working. I can enter the game, I can click on the houses to go between PvP, store, and home base, but that is about it. Everything else I click on does not work. The screen element responds, e.g. the icon changes and registers the touch, but nothing happens. Cards don't open, in game phone app icon doesn't open, can't buy items from the stores, can't start a Pvp battle, and I can't quit the app normally. Rebooting my device didn't help. I am on android. Thanks for your help!

Same here tried everything!! Uninstall, emptied cache....New cards in shop for another 4 hours and can't buy them..... and they are two epic level cards!!! YOU BASTARDS!!! I also tried to open free packs....never came up to the screen!! Can't even play an episode!!

I think this may have something to do with having an Android that is rooted? Are you able to try hiding root?

i got the same problem... but i also did send a support ticket about two weeks ago(different topic) and havent heard anything back so far... so i wouldnt get my hopes up that this will be fixed anytime soon...

sorted the issue on my s6 edge by unrooting phone. good luck!

Been playing the game since it came out and after installing the 2.2.0 update I can no longer play PvP matches or select my phone icon to access settings or even use my back button to exit the game

I uninstalled the game and same result

Use magisk Manager to hide root from app
