Because this is a rant post,I will try and make it as structured as possible.
Info:
1. Playing the game since official release.
2. Opened all free card packs available since release, with the exception of 1 cd daily due to the 7 hours I sleep. All other free packs are consumed.
3. All events done fully! \Yes ALL!!!, even your bugged ones, that stopped giving rewards with hours remaining!!!\
4. No irl money invested.
5. Minimum of 2 pvp packs open per day!
6. Stats as of today from in game phone - lvl 9, highest pvp rank 26, matches won 146, perfect PVPwon 70, PVE missions - 309
I am writing to you because I finally gave up on the game !!!
I love South park and the franchise. I bought Stick of truth and Fractured.
I am a fan !!!!
BUT .........
This thing with the bugs, exploits and cheats is beyond ridiculous!
And it is not getting fixed!!! When I googled "phone destroyer cheats" I get results for this since the game beta. This issue is well know, but no one is doing anything.
I don't know if you play your games or you just hire some 10 year-old kids that just spam cards without thought and if it doesn't work - hit the shop with dad's credit card and feel awesome.
You seem to forget the meaning of a "GAME"
First it is supposed to be fun and enjoyable.
SP FD is enjoyable and fun until reality hits you and I mean that this game is just a cash sink for fans. We are getting milked behind a well known brand name.
I kind of understand this thing with the free games and buy if you wish and all that, but your game is nothing between those large boundaries.
Your game lives in a world of its own!
You can't play it and enjoy it if you don't pour money in it.
Say that your throw some cash in, than you are just mocked non-stop by cheaters and exploiters. I mean I have lvl 3 cards that get beaten by lvl 1 cards. My cards goes near them, hits them and instead of killing them, they just get to low health and magically get to full health. Not to mention how it is beyond believe a lvl 1 card killing the same lvl 3 card and killing it while the level 3 card just tickles it.
How am I supposed to enjoy that ?! Why should I play it.
Or the other fun part - I farm the PVE, get some gold and crafting materials, than level up my cards.
I win 5 of 7 matches, get promoted to lvl 25 and than suddenly 1 hour of loses. So much fun it is to lose for an hour.
I got beaten by players by 2 levels lower than me, by players 3 ranks below me. I mean I just can't understand the way the matchmaking works.
But no one seems to care of know what is going on or see some effort in this. You spent your time on new deals rather than fix the mess.
But here is your basic game play:
1. If I don't spend ridiculous amount of money,YOU ARE NOT competitive in pvp !!!
2. There is NO NORMAL progress curve - all is either behind brainless pvp grind, the shop or time gating for free packs.
3. The rewards system is not enough. Why do I lose on a draw ? Why don't i get 1 locker instead of 3 ? Why are the rewards in some cases just plain useless!!! I mean 7 gold per locker ? I have sometimes been on streaks when I do not open the correct drawer for like 10 times. With some bad luck and no irl money invested you stand no chance for a long time.
4. And than when you actually start having a decent deck you hit pvp and people just come and spit on all the effort on your behalf.
The game is fun for the exploiters and cheaters and they are having a field day trolling people.
You have done a great job on so many things!!!
But all this is useless and when the people that put effort in it and real money are getting spat on endlessly, it will be the end of the game and that is what it will be remembered by - this pure fact, that by thinking only about the cash that you can milk and drain from the franchise fans you ruined a perfectly good game and put a franchise name in a scandal.
Just wait till some irked people and trolls start posting on Mat and Tray's pages about the game.

If i had to bet, reading all of the crybaby responses like this, your deck has to be TERRIBLE.
i haven't bought a single pack from the pay shop at all and i am rolling just fine in PVP. rank 29 and climbing with a FREE deck. work with your clan and request the cards you need to better your deck and DONATE as well.
#1. you're going to lose. there is absolutely no possible way to win every match. even if you have a man bear pig and pope timmy, you're still going to lose sometimes.
#2. don't use a lot of expensive cards because timing and cost effective play is crucial. If the average cost of your deck is 5+ energy, you're going to have a bad time.
#3. learn the cards you're playing against.
#4. learn how to counter the cards you don't have, and the ones you DO have.
#5. learn how to synergize your cards. what combos work well together? which ones don't?
i.e. Program stan freeze + Headhunter dougie is a very effective combo to knock out a block of health quickly. MC kenny against a strong enemy unit gives you control for 6-
8 seconds. Cleanse can counter MC for 1 energy. it's super effective.
long story short, you're terrible and need to get better. stop complaining about a problem that doesn't exist (needing to pay to be good) and start actually being constructive with your issues.
yes hackers are a problem, but they are not nearly as much of an issue as you are claiming. you're just bad.

In a game that requires pvp to advance hackers shouldn't exist. One loss significantly slows down progression. Imagine what rank you would be now if you didnt lose a game here and there to hackers. The fact of the matter is the game has been out for almost 6 months and Redlynx knew about the issue from the begining and still pushed out a flawed product. First of all I made no claims that I am so good at this game that if I lose, it's the game's fault.
Since you have nothing constructive to say you blame me for crying. I might be crying, but i cry for the bugs, cheats and other crap in it, not because I lost a game !!!
That is why i put my stats for the game and explained everything so that I can show you from what point of view I am writing this. And you come here branding peole this and that, proclaiming to be so good at this game that others are crying plebs, but at the same time no info...

But imo from some of the replies from the cheating trolls I see is mudding the water and try to blame other for sucking and hide the fact that the game is broken and has massive cheats and bugs for a LONG TIME!
Cheats and bugs and exploits are a BIG ISSUE.
Don't get me wrong, thank you for the tips and I am saying this one more time - i am low rank and still progressing and learning.
But you can't learn in a game with cheats. What ever you do and whatever deck or tactics or whatever you name it , if you play against a cheater, he will beat you 99% of the time.
You can tell me all you want how terrible i am and I will confirm it, because I am still new to the game.
But in your own words - long story short - cheats win every time. What ever tactics and cards and all the text you can write here - cheats beat you almost every time.
I have been in pvp battles that the other person is playing normally until he starts to lose.
And the fact that you have not encounter the acid cheaters for such a long time doesn't mean that it does not exist.
Try playing 20 games, for an hour non-stop and getting the same result every time - the cheater spams cards so fast that he just wants you to know that he cheats and you can't do anything about it. Some people just do it for the trolling.
Believe me there are hours when all you can encounter is kids with cheats !
Also imagine if you start playing the game in like 3-5 months from now on. You can only catch up via spending real money. Again it is the next game, whose progress is hidden behind money wall.
