Been playing the game since it came out and after installing the 2.2.0 update I can no longer play PvP matches or select my phone icon to access settings or even use my back button to exit the game

I uninstalled the game and same result

So instead of doing anything about the rampant cheating going on in the game (energy hackers/forcing dropped connection) you put a limit on donations? Make it more difficult for the players that don't spend money to level their common/rares to compete with players that have stacked decks. I understand the whole p2w thing. But extending the gap between cash and noncash players is just a **** move all around.
How do you expect people to keep spending when the cheating in this games out of control?

TrollsBane helped a bit with the energy hacks. They're definitely still out there but it banned some of them. They'll all make new accounts and do it again I'm sure but at least you made an effort. You really need to fix the problem at it's root (the fact that the games so easy to hack) instead of just banning some accounts and thinking that'll be a deterrent for people.

Now it seems like half of the players are using some hack to boot you halfway through PvP battle's though. It started a few days ago and has gotten progressively worse until now it is about 30% of my PvP matches. It's only when I'm in the lead, and usually right after I win the first push. It's been well over 50 times in the past day, over 100 in the past few days, and only when the opponents losing so you can't say it's a glitch in the game. It's intentional and needs to be stopped.

Now what are the chances anyone from Ubisoft even reads this let alone cares? I'm a huge fan of the game but it's getting to the point where it's not even worth the effort when you guys do make so little effort to fix massive game issues.

Steve sorry my first post has to be a negative one because I love this game but the change in donations has left me and everyone else a little butt hurt. I feel cartman's pain when Heidi dumped him for kyle. If you are a top player that has finished pve you only have two coin options buy some with pvp tickets and donations. For the rest of us that aren't at this level you just sealed our fate. first way getting popular card requests will never get filled. Every guild has that one or two cards everyone requests for my guild its regeneration and Mephesto. There are one or two people that don't use these cards and donate them all to us. Now everyone will only get one. Second way I personally donate cards I'm not using like most and save the ones I do. So now my donations will go way down unless I donate cards I need. If you guys are really considered about people donating all their card why not change the max amount of donations pre day. The way you changed things screws all of us and really make me feel like its more of a marketing scheme to cut the flow of free cards and coins forcing all of us to buy your premium packs

Turns out my problem was with my phone and not with the game, I apologize for blaming the devs for that. However the rest of the comments (including mine) are still very appropriate.

Hey Steve, I made this account just so I could personally thank you for this truly “juicy” update to punish those cheapskate free players! I especially loved the restrictions placed on donations and also the pvp lockers! It greatly enhances the gameplay to new heights. I just can’t wait to shell out my next few pay cheques for this game. Thanks Steve for always advocating for us and making sure that this game stays pay-to-win, as it should be!

Either fix the cheating, or refund all in game purchases. Otherwise I'm filing a formal complaint to Google to get your app pulled from the app store until you address these issues publicly.
