    I brought the Deluxe edition for ghost recon wildlands and did not receive any reward

    Hello everyone, I brought Ghost recon WIldands deluxe edition but I did not receive my rewards, can someone help me to get them please

    I preordered the season pass and never got my xp bonus. 9 months and I have never seen the permaboost I was promised.

    guess yall will have to contact support! there used to be a whole thread on such issues in the technical support forums, but those... like most of our strategy guides, have all been deleted (really crummy if you ask me UBI!!)

    Ubisoft Garbage

    Don't buy anything from Ubisoft. Their games are garbage. Why are they garbage? Because they execute methods within their software to prevent cheating/hacking that ends up hurting their faithful consumers in the end. We shouldn't have to reach out to Support because EasyAntiCheat keeps the game from launching, we shouldn't have to play games through a launcher. The gaming world was perfectly fine before all this garbage came about. Games loaded faster, played smoother and you never encountered a problem with firing up your game unless the cartridge was old or your hardware couldn't handle the newest graphics. Ubisoft, stop letting finance run your company looking at only NUMBERS. Have a little concern and care for your end users. Until these things are fixed, I'll make it point to stop on every forum I see about your games and post how horrible your company and your software is.

    Ubisoft Trash

    Ubisoft games are trash. They force you to install anti-cheat software that destroys your gaming experience with crap errors like Code 14 which prevents your game from launching at all. Fix your garbage games Ubisoft. Quit letting FINANCE people ruin your franchise. Please note, I'm posting how crappy your company and your software is on every forum I come across until you fix this. May your company tank swiftly.

    Just a question though, which platform did you get it for? (I.E. Xbox One, PS4, PC/Mac, etc.)

    If you purchased the digital variant of the deluxe edition on Xbox one, do the following:
    1. From the home screen, go to "My Games and Apps."
    2. Go to games and Highlight "Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands" and Press the start button (the button that has the three horizontal line dashes on it.) then select "Manage Game."
    3. scroll down to "Ready to Install" and any additional content that came with the deluxe edition should be shown and installable.
    4. Download and enjoy.


    If you purchased the physical variant of the deluxe edition from a selected retailer for Xbox one, check the inside of the game cover and check for any brochures that may have a redeemable code to redeem in the Xbox store online.

    I can only help with some Xbox One related issues but if neither of these helped in any way, do as @Ubi-P4in has commented and contact the support team respectively, just remember to tell them which platform you are using for the game and they should be able to narrow it down more effectively.
