    Still in a dead end with AI

    Hello guys !

    Making and making more maps, I learned a lot by reading here and DL maps on Ps3 server (now That I finally succeeded in connecting my ps3 to my Box, was not a simple story...), so making maps but still blocked with Animations points for NPC.

    How to make a guard patrol (from point A to B and then B to C and then back to A) ?
    Why some of Ai points animations don't work with Guards (is oppostion with "army") ?

    I try, I try still and again but some points are still dark for me.

    Although I'm a little insane with this, I succeeded in having all ennemies wave available on the map, from the start. (waves 1 to 5) : I took ennemies from wave 1,2,3,4 and put them in a little hole of water (out of sight on the map) just to make them die. By this way, my 50 ennemies all appears by the time the player starts. Very intersting to an assault map where you want a big base to clean down

    There is no way to control AI with animation points. They choose which animation point to use at "random". It may be the furthest from him or may not. It is all random and you have no control over it. You might have better luck using the Nav Mesh to control their movements.
