Every time I match into tribute I always get paired with people who have less than 40 reps. I mostly get matched with people who are rep 2-7. Even though the enemy team is normally rep 70's. It might be worth looking into because I hate being matched with people who don't even know how to block attacks. What makes it even worse is that because they cannot read the chat there is no way to communicate with these low levels, so they end up just trying to go for kills and leave me to try and capture the flags on my own. There is just so many things that are broken in this game.
