Tried to log in to play and it is as if the game is new. All characters are locked, all steel gone (45k) all of my unlocked characters are gone, all progress lost, all weapons lost!!!!!!!!!!

Can Ubisoft please restore me to yesterday? Put me in the same position?

I can send some screenshots if required!!

Please help or I am finished with this game and Ubisoft for good!!!
