Hi, this is my first post and I don't know if this is the correct forum for this post. Everything just got reset. Had to select a faction as you would do when you're booting the game for the first time. Don't know what I should do, my Total rep was 64 now its back to 0 including all the ornaments, elite and mythic equipment I've purchased is gone. Just wondering if anyone is having this?

I logged on just a few minutes ago and all my progress was erased. I had spent money to get the new characters, leveled Aramusha to rep 7 over the weekend and all my hard work is gone. I emailed Ubisoft in hopes that they fix this issue, but if it cannot be fixed I will be really upset. I hope they fix these issues for us. Have you contacted them also?

I just logged back on and everything went back to normal guessing they fixed it.
