my whole saved game progress is gone....as of 8:17 EST

Hi ,

Last week I had subscribed to XBOX Gold Live account. It is active now. Even in that case when I try to play the Multiplayer game in Rainbow Six Siege , the game is taking me to the page to subscribe to the Xbox gold account. Please help me here
