I load the game and it starts to play the first cutscene then goes back to the loading screen. What am i doing wrong?

Sorry you're experiencing difficulties! Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game?

Yes I have tried that it I have to restart my phone after because the icon dosent show up or it makes a second one but deleting and reinstalling has no effect on making the game work.

I'm having the same problem! Everytime i logg in my game resets to the beginning. I need help! I've spent money on this game!

I have no idea this one dude turned his phone off for 5 mins and it worked when i googled the problem i might try that (:

I contacted support they told me they forwared the problem to the team im waiting the game has yet to work but im paitenly waiting for the fix.
