There is a way to add option to choose bot opponent against who i'll practice in dual (I mean in "How to play"-->"Duel Practice")? I'm always getting valk (most of the time) and raider.

yeah it is annoying, basically what you end up having to do is make a custom duel game. only way to pick who you want to practice against

What?
There is a 'custom' option available; just tab through {0, 1, 2, 3, 'Custom'}. Then select a hero as your opponent and select a Bot-Level.

That got implemented a while ago.
