    Match Making Not Working

    I am not getting placed in any matches in any game mode. So either someone is trying to stop the Vikings roll, or its a bit broken. Any ideas? NAT is green.

    3 failed attempts at match making right now...

    Get rid of it or let the game continue if a) the game starts with 8 but while in the first loading screen(the map) someone leaves, let us still play, b) Round 2 is coming up players leave and again let us continue to play. STOP taking us back to match making

    Hello Warriors! To help alleviate the connection issues you're experiencing with the game, please first try to connect your system directly using an Ethernet cable to establish a more stable connection. Once you've looked into this, you'll want to perform these steps (depending on which platform you use): PS4 | PC | XBOX One. You will want to contact your internet service provider for assistance with the port forwarding section of this as this step may be difficult to navigate on your own. Once these steps have been completed, your connection to the game should be much improved. If you continue to see that the status of your connection to the game is unchanged, please then reach out to our technical support team with a screenshot of the ports you have open on your router and we will continue to troubleshoot what you're experiencing from there. Thank you!
