Terrible performance ( with a gtx 960, i5 3330 and 16gb of ram) | Forums

I bought the game at launch and played with a friend without perfonmance problems, the game ran at 40-50 fps at medium setings (back in that day I only had 8 gb of ram).

The problem is that now i downloaded the game again and i found that even at 720p with the lowest settings the game can get even 30 fps. is totaly unplayable. This is the only game where i have such a bad performance.

I would like to know why this is happening to me and how to solve the problem
