    Based on the information you provided, I would go ahead and reach out to Ubisoft Support as they will be better equipped to help you resolve the issue from this point. I will also try to have the proof of purchase when making the ticket.

    I already sent a ticket to all the companies involved and I did not get a reply. All the transaction receipts have been sent to me as proof of my purchase. I did not get any response from both, the steam does not respond, and Ubisoft has not yet gotten it either. thanks for the answer because only in forums can we get an answer.
