    I have the same issue, and ticket seems to be useless, they told me to play it again, i played it again, i made new profiles, i played first 2-3 missions, reinstalled the game, did the same and still nothing. Funny is that i saw a topic in which support staff unlocked the rewards manually for people with this problem, and then topic got closed and told people to use tickets which from what i see are useless, why do it if staff can do it manually? Why waste time and nerves of your customers?

    Hi guys! For the game related rewards, you need to have both games installed on the same platform, and have launched each of them at least once. Be sure to check on the Club Website as well to see if you can unlock them from there. If this is the case, please submit a screenshot of the reward you are unable to access over a ticket. Once you've done that, please update this thread with your ticket number.
