UPlay reward still locked after meeting requirements | Forums

With the Steam sale going on, I decide to buy Ghost Recon: Future Soldier as

1) It was on sale ofc

2) I wanted to trace back and buy the older games of the Ghost Recon series already owning Wildlands and

3) There turns out to be an unlockable reward in Ghost Recon: Wildlands.

I decide to buy it, play the campaign for a good 15 minutes then I decide I want to unlock the reward for Ghost Recon: Wildlands until I go to the Ubisoft Club and find out it is still locked.

I try to restart both games, I restart UPlay and I restart Steam as both of those games run through there but no matter what I do the reward stays locked.

I would want to know if this is a bug that people have encountered before and ways to fix it

Other odd things that could help:

* I have not unlocked the badge for playing Ghost Recon Future Soldier even if I have opened it and have play time on it
* I have a reward from Rainbow Six Siege that in unlockable for Ghost Recon Future Soldier owners but oddly, due to some bug I didn't intend to exploit, I was able to unlock it before owning it.

i have the same problem, even reinstaled both games and uplay too... nothing helped. On my uplay profile on ubisoft Club it says i do not own the game so i assume thats why i cant unlock badges, and achievements...

Same problem here!

Been playing Wildlands for some time now, decided to use a promo code for 100 Uplay points and then got Wildlands Season Pass and Ghost Recon Future Soldier Deluxe Edition on Winter sale.
Installed and played abit into Future Soldier, closed it and even restarted Uplay but no Club Reward unlocked!

"Ghost Recon Future Soldier Pack" is still Locked! Says I have to own the game to unlock, which I do now, so what gives?

As you can see, I own both versions of Ghost Recon Future Soldier in the Uplay App.
However, if I log into the Ubisoft Clug page, the two versions of Future Soldier does not show up under my games

Heyo! I've have the same problem! Ubisoft support told me to keep playing the game (https://forums.ubi.com/showthread.ph...oldier-costume), and I now have ~2 hours on Future Soldier. I have the same problem where it does not show up in Ubisoft Club either. Really hope there is a fix to this. I am also unable to redeem the Future Soldier weapon skin in Rainbow 6: Siege.

What I think is strange is the fact that even after purchasing GRFS, installing and playing it; it still won't recognize that I own it on Ubisoft Club Website. I have installed both versions, Normal and Deluxe Edition, played through the first couple of stages in the game, but it won't even give me the '"Welcome" Club challenge'.

To be honest, I only bought GRFS to get the costume and weapon reward in Wildlands, but now it just feels like wasted cash if it won't register my ownership of that title.
