I dont see there connection fluttering tbf normal when your on score will go rapid from green to red when there lags witching there's looks stable from what I could see on the score board but the game play did look weird

Given that video has his username on you need to remove it from here as that goes against the forum naming and shaming rules.

if you go here - https://forhonor.ubisoft.com - on the top left, there is the ubisoft logo, click that for a dropdown menu and click support. At the bottom of the page that lands you on is a box saying contact customer support. On that page you create a ticket using the dropdown boxes there, describing the issue in the text box and linking the video.

Like I said, it is the forum rules. I didn't make them, I am not a rep but I prefer to give people a chance and explain how they want it doing before a rep has to take an interest.

Yeah thanks to these replies I got I was able to get into a chat and report it.
