Games decent... Support team sucks
Really enjoy this game, it has a lot of potential if they fix the glitches and add some new content, but this forum is a joke and the support staff doesn't leave me with much hope either. In the last week I've started several threads asking for advice and/or asking simple questions about the game i.e. "Can I play 2 accounts on one device?" and "How do I reset my account?" Nobody answered any so I figured I'd email their support staff. They emailed me back 5 DAYS LATER and said:
Currently there is not a method for resetting your progress in South Park Phone Destroyer.
This feature may be added in a future update though we do not have any information in regards to when this could occur.
Completely ignored the first question by the way. And if you want help from the forums it's not gonna be much better.

If Ubisoft listened to their fans feedback and had people around to answer questions they could make this a solid game worth spending money on. As of now it needs ALOT of work but apparently since they already have some people spending $ they're in no rush...
