Being revived up by a medic drone does not allow you to use Q to ping anymore, still, this was reported 1 month ago too.

DesertDog1178 is this consistent? Based on the information you provided, I would go ahead and reach out to Ubisoft Support as they will be better equipped to help you resolve the issue from this point.

Every player that I have talked to has said that they are unable to use the ping system after being revived by the medic drone. No matter what button it is key-mapped to for the user.
You can pull up the map, but clicking on it will not result in a ping if you have been revived by a medic drone, and the same for the standard button (Q) or any key-mapped button.
