Hey Ubisoft- need some help, when I reached the 50 point milestone, the game froze when I went to claim the pack of cards, when I restarted, the game claimed I received the pack of cards, but I most certainly had not. Please help! Thank!

Same issue with me too. I tried to open the event card pack and it instantly froze had to restart the game when I tried to get my pack it said already claimed even though I was awarded with nothing. Tech support can you fix this issue?

Same happened to me.
Game crashed before I could press claim, but it registers the pack as claimed, but I never got the rewards.
Lame. .

Second time this happened to me. Happened with the last promo as well :-( it was the 50 pack and I'm not getting to 80 😒
