Just Dance Unlimited - Issues with Unlimited trial on Nintendo consoles

    Hello Just Dancers,

Some players on the Nintendo Wii U and Switch who have active time on JDU do not receive the 3 months trial that comes with the game purchase. It’s actually related to certain server settings that prevent the trial period from being added to the 1 year subscription. Rest assured that an update will soon be applied to rectify this, and anyone affected by this will be automatically credited with the three months once this update has been released.

    Cheers,

    The Just Dance Community Team

JDUnlimited - No access to the 3 months free trial on Switch

    Hello everyone,

If you're currently facing issues with your 3 months free trial on Switch, here are some few steps that could help you solve the issue.

    • First of all, make sure you have played at least 4 songs in the Dance mode to unlock the Just Dance Unlimited songs in the coverflow.
    • Check if your console is connected to the internet. A simple “test connection” under console Network Settings can help you verify this.
    • Make sure your Switch user account is linked to a Nintendo account. All Just Dance online features, including Just Dance Unlimited, requires a valid Nintendo account linked to your Switch user account in order to be functional. For more information, you can check Nintendo support here.
    • Check if your Nintendo Switch system has been authenticated for downloading and using purchased subscription. To verify this setting go to: Profile Page >User Settings > Nintendo eShop > Nintendo eShop Settings > Account Information >Activate-Console Status => select [ACTIVATE]. If status says “This console is inactive”, then Just Dance Unlimited will not be accessible. For more information, you can check Nintendo support here.

We hope these simple steps will allow you to resolve the issue!

    Cheers,

    Your Just Dance Community Team
