I bought a silver pack but just when the cash was going out of my account it crashed. When I logged back I had no cash and no extra cards.

I bought a silver pack but just when the cash was going out of my account it crashed. When I logged back I had no cash and no extra cards.

Same for me, I just bought 1100 game dollars with 9.99 € but I didn't get my game dollars, the game crashed with this connection problem.
