The problem is still ongoing, most likely for all people effected. It causes moments in game to play out horribly, moments where you shouldn't be killed for instance, because you're behind a wall, but not for the enemy. Moments that you should have killed someone before they had a chance to fire, but not for the enemy. It sucks to be playing with Australians, in Australia, with them hosting, so we join an Australian server (because I can't, it doesn't exist on my list of servers) and because I'm still connected to an Asian Data center, I lag between 120-140 while everyone else is under 20 ping

Yea, it seems the East Australian data centre is not there, can't connect to it even when doing it manually.

Yeah, it exist for a majority of Australians, but for us few it doesn't even show in the Gamesettings.ini. And since Ubi for some reason connect you to a data center, THEN to a server, you'll have the ping from the Data center even if a friend hosts and you get into an Aus server >.>

Yeah I am having the exact same issue it has been going on since October nearly 2 months now and still no fix.

Yeah i've been experiencing the same issue for the past week. I live in Adelaide, South Australia - so theoretically I should be getting good ping right? since i'm connecting to a SEAU server.

Anyway its kinda ridiculous how we are just left in the dark with unbearable ping. Honestly hope they are fixing this issue.

To be fair, the people on console who had the problem fixed only got the bonuses after it was fixed

Yo when first Para bellum came out I was having 70-80 ping which fairly high imo coz I use to have 50-60 but then after few weeks I started to have 100 then 150 and it never gets lowet than 150 however I get 40-30 ping on csgo servers or on pung servers. And I have tried all the methods , even called my modems enterprise tried everything but still 150+ ping. Ubisoft this because of you. Please fix!

I have the exact same problem, but i play on EU servers (weu) for at least a week now, i usually get 20-30 ping ingame, but it has changed.
Now i start the match, get 50 ping for a while and then i keep popping into 300-400 ping, then back into 50. And this happens so often in the game, that it is completely unplayable. Usually it drops me out after a while for too high ping. I really love this game, bought it about 2 months ago, and really enjoy playing it. Its a shame that this ruins the gameplay. I even went ahead and deleted and downloaded the game, but the results did'nt change. Restarted the router etc.

(PS.: i have ethernet cable and usually get 10-15 ping.)
