So I have high ping (120+) to my normal servers and data centers in R6S when around 4-6 days ago I had under 20 at all times, like my friends currently still do. I have locked my data center to Eau, because i live in Australia and used to have good ping to that server, but now I have 120 or above, where my friends, whom also live in Australia still get normal ping, like I used to get.

This problem is exclusively in this game too, I play Player Unknown's Battlegrounds and get normal ping, Overwatch is normal, Hearoes of the Storm is normal. Every game is fine but this game, so it's not an internet problem, plus I've also re-downloaded the whole game, and verified the integrity of it, and that didn't help. So does anyone know how to fix this? I've submitted tickets for the problem too a few days ago and have gotten nothing out of them, so please help me here.

Yea, there are multiple threads in this forum about it over the last few days. I wish everyone would stop making a new post just for their problem when there is already 5+ other posts about the exact same problem.

If everybody posted this issue in the same post, it would stick to the top of the technical issue forums and they might actually take a look at what is going on. Stop making single posts and add to the other ones that are already there. Makes the issue stand out more.

@Ubisoft, can you please look into this issue effecting the ping to some of your servers, its been happening for a while now.

Can confirm the ping is consistent across all servers, lowest ping I get is 120

I have reset network hardware
There shouldn't be any software conflicts
I have tried forwarding ports 13000 through 14024
I can't create a new "hosts" file, I can only create a folder in that location
I have flushed my DNS
And there should be no external restrictions

And I have been defaulted to the data center of East Asia (eas) as the lowest ping, even though I live in Australia, I know there is a problem with Australia (eau) servers atm, so I should be connected to South East Asia servers (seas), because that's where my Australian friends get sent and they get under 30 ping. So those fixes did not fix the problem.

I think I've found the problem. Eau servers don't exist anymore, they are now Seau, and that doesn't appear in my list of options, so I am forced into an asian server because Seau isn't an option for me

And apparently we who are affected are supposed to be getting 2 rare alpha packs
