So Friday morning I log into the game and have to download a patch. During the download, I get disconnected. When I try to log back on later, I get the Banned for Violating TOS agreement. I was super confused because I’ve only had the game since the global launch and wasn’t aware of cheating or even how to cheat (still don’t tbh), so I file a complaint with Ubisoft Support. They don’t reply back until Monday morning with “Thank you for contacting customer support blah blah firm stance against cheating, and as such your access to South Park Phone Destroyer has been revoked and will not be reinstated on this account.” There is more, but they cite the ban will not be overturned due to “indisputable evidence” of cheating! WHAT CHEATING?! Needless to say, I responded and asked, but they copy pasted the same response. It was Conor G. If anyone is capable of seeing this and would please respond, I’d be grateful.
